Welcome to the website of Green Man Cottage, near Belvoir Castle.
Based in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, we have been welcoming guests to our lovingly restored singlw storey barn conversion for over ten years. The barn is situated in the grounds of our own property in the village of Redmile, just two miles from Belvoir Castle and the newly opened Engine Yard retail outlet.
The cottage can accommodate up to four people and one baby. All prices are inclusive of bed linen(with the exception of baby linen and a cot, which we do not have), towels, dressing gowns, electric heating and enough logs to get you started with the wood burning stove. There is also a breakfast Welcome Pack.
The WiFi code is supplied on arrival.
At present we do not have a charging point for electric vehicles, however these can be found locally - in Bingham at Lidl and at the Saxondale roundabout and in Grantham on London Road and at Nissan on Dysart Road. Please use a Google search to find others as they are opening all the time.
Belvoir Castle, the Duchess' Engine Yard Retail Park and the new childrens play park are little more than one and a half miles from the cottage .
The cottage is one of the closest holiday cottages to the Castle and as such is suitable for accessing all of their events.

Whilst we are not formally accredited with a Disability Access Rating, we can provide vehicular access to the front door and the accommodation is all on the ground floor. There is a newly fitted grab rail to the side of the front door.
Once inside, there is full access for a wheelchair to the hallway/ living/ dining/ kitchen area as well as to the spacious shower room. Inside the shower cubicle there is a hand-rail and an anti-slip mat for those who need it.
We welcome Well Behaved children, but do not have any baby equipment such as a travel cot or high chair.
We regret that we do not allow any pets at the property.
